Resetting Your Password

After three unsuccessful attempts to log on, your password is automatically suspended to protect system security. When this happens, a new password must be assigned to your account.

To reset your password, contact the DMDC Support Center (DSC) at one of the following numbers:

After the DSC resets your password, the system prompts you to change it when you next log on.
